I could not recommend Live Med Coast enough to help in buying a property in Spain, in particular Anthony Duggan, known as Ant, he was an absolute godsend.Prior to our trip to view I inundated him with links to various properties I found on the internet and wanted to see, and he managed to arrange viewings for all the ones I sent. He picked me and my partner up in car and drove us to the viewings, and was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions, and believe me I am hard work I know this. We managed to find an ideal place and put our offer in, which was declined, so we upped the offer a little and got our property. But its not just about choosing a property, its the lawyers, the bank, Notary, translation of documentation, Ant arranged all of this and even sat in all the meetings with lawyers, notary (2 hours !!) but he was there every step of the way.
Then COVID hit so we haven't been to our new home yet but we completed on it with a POA. Ant has still continued to help me, I have sent him utility bills that I did not understand which he explained by return, I also wanted to see what kind of lock was on the front door, he went there and took photos for me, he is still helping me a year later!!!
I hope to get to Spain soon so I can thank him in person but Ant you have been fantastic and made this journey much smoother than I ever thought possible.
